Will my crypto currencies be locked up?
Yes, your invested stablecoins will be locked up during the investment time period. (i.e. if your investment time frame is 14 days, your deposit will be released on the 15th day)
Can I cancel my investment order?
No. Once confirmed you won’t be able to cancel the investment order until it is completed.
What happens when there is big price volatility for my deposited stablecoins?
We will return your interest as per invested stablecoin. Bitrue holds no responsibility for the volatility of the stablecoin prices.
When can I get paid for my interest?
Your interest will be calculated daily and distributed into your Bitrue account at 10 am on the day after your investment period ends (Singapore Time). E.g. If your investment period ends on December 5, your interest will be distributed at 10 am on December 6 (SGT).
